Didjeridu Busker by Tampines MRT

I was hoping to watch Hannibal "Gong Li" Rising last night but it starts at 11:45 and am way too sleepy. Going back to the MRT I saw this dude playing didjeridu. Not your everyday busker. You can't see it in the video but he has a banner reading along the lines of "music is his form of communication" and claims he's traveled all over the world busking. Not sure whether I'd believe that or not but his music was so freakin' cool it made the hair at the back of my neck stand up, seriously. Anyway, aside from the didjeridu he's also got that drum thing going on and some ancient looking tambourine in his ankles. There's even some candle holders set up in front of him, makes him look like a shrine of some sort haha. It's all cool.

I believe it. Many buskers travel the world - that's what they do, like the Renessance troubadours.
Here is a good example of another unusual busker: www.SawLady.com/blog
She has photos to prove she's been traveling all over the world :)

Cooooool! Perhaps I was too cynical to think people don't have that much passion nowadays (on music of this form at least), hmm or I just need to get out more often haha! Checked out the sawlady, awesome any chance she'd go to Singapore? People are quite generous here :P

Hmm I passed up on a good opportunity to talk with the didjeridu guy, if I see him again I will :)

oist! nung nag road trip kami ni romae sa malaysia, we met two japanese buskers in penang. they were, check this out, topless, one had a beard and unmanaged and unwashed dreadlocks, the other smooth and semi-bald with oh-so-good brown eyes, not to mention that both were kinda good looking! hehehe... they just had those drums made of hide or something. don't know really... hehehe... we talked with them and surprisingly they spoke good english. they travel all over asia just to play. they take the bus, train, hike, and hitch rides! wow! kainggit actually yung vagabond life nila! hehehe

why don't you be a busker yourself chris? ;) hehehe... then grow a beard or keep that semi-bald head! then sing and dance topless! weeeeeeee!!! hahaha :p
